1 – Quotation: Sign up for a quote request. When submitting your quote, we ask that you choose the brand, quantity and model of equipment you want in advance so that your order has a better analysis.

2 – Order: Fill in the data correctly and send us your request, filling out our form with all the information requested, within 72 hours, we will return the cost of the equipment and the delivery time of the same, including fees and taxes.​

3 – Payments: and closing of the purchase A) We send the proforma invoice to be completed in Brazil by your customs broker and the amount to be credited to our Santander bank account. After that, we ship the product(s) to a port at the buyer’s destination, where collection and tax payment services will be taken. B) Once the purchase has been approved, we will send a bank account to deposit the amount related to the product (s), including the shipping cost.

4 – Delivery: period In a period of 12 to 30 working days we will deliver your product. We will send you a tracking note to give you the best way to track your purchase.

5 – Dollar: As the exchange value of the dollar changes daily, it is important that you do not delay in making your purchase, as we do not guarantee the value of the Real in its quotation for more than 48 hours.​

Note: In case you need it, we have a team of Customs Agents, who provide us with legal and administrative support, in order to receive your product with the customs fees and taxes paid and with the Invoice.​
